Christos is seven and a half years old and he has been diagnosed with multiple-complex developmental disorder and conductive hearing loss, ever since he was a toddler. Even though he has already been subjected to surgery that has restored his hearing, the little guy is still unable to speak, while till recently, he could even understand speech.

About a year ago, the pediatricians who monitor his condition , had referred the family to a clinic abroad, which specializes in cases of developmental disorders, and thanks to your defining support, little Christos had the chance to travel there and to be subjected to a series of targeted treatments.

Ever since he returned to Greece, his parents have noticed great improvement, regarding his overall developmental progress. The little boy can now maintain eye contact and understand speech, he has become more autonomous regarding his daily needs, his balance and coordination skills have improved, while he has begun to utter sounds, in an effort to communicate.

According to his developmental pediatrician, little Christos needs to visit the clinic abroad once again, in order to be subjected to follow-up tests and to one more treatment round, which will further improve his quality of life. Unfortunately, his family is unable to cope with the unbearable cost of his treatments and hospitalization.
