Konstantina is a 43-year-old woman, who is fighting her own battle with cancer. It all started about one year ago, when the young woman started to experience difficulty breathing, which was gradually getting worse. Konstantina visited the local hospital, where she was subjected to imaging diagnostic tests, which revealed the presence of pleural fluid. However, the pathology report was a punch in the gut: stage IV endometrial carcinoma. Since the cancer had spread to the surrounding organs, Konstantina had to undergo a total hysterectomy and an omentectomy.

Konstantina is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments, which are being performed in a public hospital of Athens. The treatments are taking a great toll on her physical and mental health, and as we can all understand, she is in no shape to return to her job. At the same time, the constant transportation from her hometown to the city where the treatments are performed, amount to additional expenses that she is unable to cover.

Konstantina found herself fighting for her life from one minute to the next. Today, she needs our help. So let us all join forces and offer a helping hand to this woman who is fighting the greatest battle of her life. Any contribution can make a great difference!
