The story of Taxiarchis

Taxiarchis is a 2 year-old boy who has been suffering from hemophilia and tuberous sclerosis complex, since he was just a baby. The little boy needs to be immediately subjected to physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy sessions, since he is at the age where he should be reaching developmental milestones. The little boy’s medical records have been thoroughly evaluated by the organization’s pediatrician, Mrs. Noula Paraskevi. If he doesn’t begin his treatments soon, he will never be able to speak or walk and the damage will become irreversible. The boy also suffers from frequent epileptic seizures therefore it’s imperative that he receives the proper medication and care. However, his family cannot afford the estimated cost for all of these treatments. Our contribution can provide this boy with a better quality of life! Let us all stand by his side!

Update 15.11.2021
